Cristian started his career as a professional coach more than 10 years ago, after entering the top 70 players of the Spanish National Ranking. Since an early age, he has always been very clear about his motivations: a continuous strive for professional growth, passion for learning, always setting himself with high standards and discipline, without losing sight of enjoying the journey. He is considered a visionary coach, very complete and versatile, having trained from 3-year-old toddlers to ATP and WTA players. His international experience firstly as a player and secondly as a coach has given him a global and advanced knowledge of the world of tennis. After coaching in Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands, he is now in Hong Kong ready to inspire all those as passionate about tennis as him.

Jon is originally from Australia, where he began his Tennis career and became a highly ranked junior player before pursuing a career as a Tennis coaching professional. He has over 20 years of coaching experience and was recognized as one of Australia’s youngest coaches to receive an Advanced Tennis Coaching diploma through Tennis Australia. His 20 years of experience in various coaching & management positions have taken him around the world gaining a vast amount of experience working with some of the sport’s top ranked juniors in the UK & Singapore before settling in Hong Kong 10 years ago. His passion lies in imparting knowledge to build both the athlete and the player, encompassing a technical, tactical, physical & mental approach to the game. He specializes in developing children of all ages from a beginner level through to an elite/competition level.

Xesc Manresa is a coach with a journey in the world of tennis. He started as a player at the age of 9 and was in a high performance sports center in Spain. He managed to be ranked among the top 50 open players in Spain, and the 7th ranked junior in Europe in the European Championships. He also competed on the ITF / ATP circuit. All those years as a player, he was lucky to share training & sparring with players such as Rafael Nadal, Carlos Moya (Former Number 1 ATP), Barbora Strycova (Top 20 WTA), Anna Ivanovic (Former WTA Number 1) and Flavia Penneta (Former Top 10 ATP). In his career as a coach, he has always been considered a fighter, with ambition, discipline and a desire to improve his students. All this with joy, enjoying the little ones and the oldest. He is a coach for all levels, but specialized in competition. Xesc also spent a lot of time on the track with coaches such as Toni Nadal (Rafael Nadal’s former coach) and Joan Bosch (Carlos Moya’s former coach) among others. He has worked as a coach at the Spanish High Performance Sports Center and founded a tennis academy where he directed more than 200 players. His biggest hobby is art – and he is passionate about painting. In addition, he loves doing any sport and traveling around the world.

Matt is a qualified Tennis Teaching Professional under the ATPCA (Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association) and comes from Melbourne, Australia. Prior to coming to HK in 2009, Matt was a Senior Tennis Professional at the Balwyn Tennis School in Melbourne. Prior to that, he spent two years on the WTA Tour as a hitting partner and coach for a WTA player. Matt also spent 4 years from 2000, as a Teaching Professional at the Wonga Park Tennis Club. After his arrival in HK, Matt was the Senior Tennis Professional at the Hong Lok Yuen Country Club for a year, followed by a year in Singapore at the British Club. Matt has been at Parkview since 2011.
