Xesc Manresa is a coach with a journey in the world of tennis. He started as a player at the age of 9 and was in a high performance sports center in Spain. He managed to be ranked among the top 50 open players in Spain, and the 7th ranked junior in Europe in the European Championships. He also competed on the ITF / ATP circuit. All those years as a player, he was lucky to share training & sparring with players such as Rafael Nadal, Carlos Moya (Former Number 1 ATP), Barbora Strycova (Top 20 WTA), Anna Ivanovic (Former WTA Number 1) and Flavia Penneta (Former Top 10 ATP). In his career as a coach, he has always been considered a fighter, with ambition, discipline and a desire to improve his students. All this with joy, enjoying the little ones and the oldest. He is a coach for all levels, but specialized in competition. Xesc also spent a lot of time on the track with coaches such as Toni Nadal (Rafael Nadal’s former coach) and Joan Bosch (Carlos Moya’s former coach) among others. He has worked as a coach at the Spanish High Performance Sports Center and founded a tennis academy where he directed more than 200 players. His biggest hobby is art – and he is passionate about painting. In addition, he loves doing any sport and traveling around the world.
